Madhya Pradesh minister to participate in KAAP Summit

BHOPAL: Considering the Madhya Pradesh's progress in agriculture and horticulture, state minister for farmer welfare and agriculture development minister Ramkrishna Kusmaria has been invited as a chief guest in the KAAP Summit - 12, held in Kolkata on September 17 and 18 this year.
Kusmaria has been invited as the chief guest of the function by West Bengal's Agriculture Minister Rabindranath Bhattacharya.The Summit has been convened to discuss agricultural production & processing, marketing, affects of climatic changes on agriculture and other affiliate issues.
Indian Agricultural Research Council and Indian Chambers of Commerce have organized this summit. National level agricultural scientists, farmers and agriculture experts will share their experiences about increase in production and productivity of crops at the Summit to be held at Kolkata's Netaji Stadium.
Director Farmers' Welfare & Agriculture Development D N Sharma will give a presentation at the summit on special efforts made in Madhya Pradesh for agriculture developmentMadhya Pradesh will also erect a stall at an exhibition to be put on the occasion by agriculture-based companies.
